No More Blonde!

Oh yes I did! From one extreme to the next....So Lee has been dying for me to dye my hair black for a very long time. Of course, I have been blonde for pretty much my whole life except for a short period of time that I had it strawberry blonde. So considering that it is the month of October and I had the thought....if I hated it, I can totally blame it on Halloween....but it is actually growing on me. I was feeling a bit adventurous so....I finally gave in. Lee absolutely loves it and well I can't say the same for Alanna. She CANNOT stand change. So when she saw me the morning after, she said she wanted mommy's old hair back and I was scaring her...lol and Brandon well he just thought I had a hat on....which was soooo stinking cute :)

What's been going on with Lisa?

Well, I've been crazy busy these last few weeks. I have Alanna's karate 3 nights a week that keeps me pretty busy (I must add, she just got her Green Belt last night) and I just had my brother, his girlfriend, and my little niece Madelyn come visit for 8 days. Everything went really well and I enjoyed the company while it lasted. Of course, always sad to see my family come and go but such is life.

I debated on blogging about my newest endeavor but decided, "What the heck" I am totally excited about it and it is just really awesome. A few weeks ago my aunt introduced me to a company called Shop to Earn and at first, I totally was not interested. My aunt insisted on me learning about it and I trust her judgement and took the leap and now I can honestly say..."I am totally glad I did." I am really excited that I have come pretty successful with it. I mean really, who does not want to save money shopping and shopping for things they need at that (it's just like having a Costco Executive Membership 2% cash back but to Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.)? Anyone, who knows me, knows that shopping is a total addiction of mine (I'm sure Lee would prefer me not to do it so often but man I can find some good deals). So anyhow, I learned more about it and it is actually a fun thing I like doing now. I now get to save money shopping....WHAT? It's like instant coupons!!! This one was pretty cool...drugstore.com. I bought stuff like diapers, toothpaste, hair ties, mouthwash, etc. and saved 12% plus no shipping, no tax, and no gas....LOVE IT! I have my own shopping portal that I can shop from with over 600 major retailers that partnered up with shoptoearn so I can receive different percentages back, and retailers who are online stores like shutterfly.com and drugstore.com (plus a whole bunch others) have no sales tax. So I was computing all this in my head...no sales tax, money back, no gas, no shipping....Ummm...Yeah, I can dig this (and I didn't even really shop online)! To top it all off...telling friends and family about it gives me $100 referral fee...okay..so save money and make money....I'm in! So this is the latest with me.... I know...CRAZY! I know, I've been totally out of the loop of blogging...but really I was shut out for awhile not knowing how to log back in....but eventually I learned I was using the wrong log in...LOL! I thought that was pretty dumb on my behalf but hey, I did figure it out on my own without calling one one my advanced blogging buds!!!

Oh My GOSH....Look who is Finally Blogging????

So I am finally sitting here at my computer in aw that I am checking this whole blogging thing out. I have had soooo many people telling me that I need to make one of these things...of course me...putting it off...and....putting it off...and look, now I am finally here. Now, anyone who knows me knows that I am up for any type of "GET ME OUT OF THE HOUSE" deal....but blogging...mmm... it's keeping me at the computer which I might add....I have a Myspace, a Facebook Account and now....THIS...Oh boy....When Lee finds out that I did this.....he is going to be asking Mr. Dell why isn't my house clean, ummm the laundry, and.....Can I have my wife back?...LOL!
So I have to enlighten you all as to why I chose...."Gotta Love Us Gonzalez's" I figured, if you actually keep coming back to check if I posted another blog....YOU MUST LOVE US!!!....LOL...Yeah, that's me trying to be all creative...(I'm really chuckling at myself) because I am so WAY NOT! Oh and I must say, I have converted myself into the crafty world (because of some FUN, Crazy, Creative, New Friends I've Met) and now....blogging...so I am asking myself...WHAT NEXT? Baking? Cooking? Anyone who knows us which I am guessing that is how you are going to be reading this...pretty much knows a good deal about the Gonzalez's....There's Lee, who works for the USPS...Lisa...Um...just some cool crazy mom...(at least that is what I am hoping you all think of me..LOL). Alanna who just turned 6 and Brandon who is 2 1/2....The Kiddos are growing fast...On that note, can you believe they both will be starting school next week?....HOLY COW!!! Alanna in 1st grade...BOO HOO...and my lil Brandon in Preschool....the tears are rolling....What am I going to do with myself??? That's right...The mall is right next to Brandon's PreSchool...WHEEWW!.....Just knowing that will help me get through this right??? Right?! Oh also we have a new addition to our family...his name is .....OPTIMUS PRIME....THE PROTECTOR!!! Who is now almost 11 weeks and over 30lbs!!! What was I thinking???
